X Factor contestant Ella Henderson celebrated signing a record deal with an intimate gig for around 300 people in Chislehurst on Sunday.
Family and friends joined the Grimsby-based star at The Lounge, in Chislehurst where additional tickets sold out in less than two hours.
The 16-year-old singer signed with Sony Records after an alleged bidding war between Simon Cowell’s Syco label and others such as Columbia Records.
James London, co-owner of The Lounge, said: “We were delighted to welcome Ella to perform at our venue, as she is undoubtedly one of the most talented contestants to come out of this year’s X Factor.
“She was over the moon with the news of her Sony contract, and spent hours chatting with guests, signing autographs and taking pictures.”
Ella, who was voted out of the ITV show in week seven, tweeted shortly after the gig: “Great crowd tonight! X thank u everyone at @TheLoungeBR7 x”.
