A man has been taken to hospital

A 21-year-old man has been charged following an alleged stabbing outside McDonald’s on Bromley High Street.

Jordan Wint, 21, of Battersby Road, Catford, has been charged with one count of grievous bodily harm with intent.

He is due to appear at Bromley Magistrates Court today (Wednesday).

It follows an incident on Tuesday morning outside the fast food restaurant at around 11.20am.

Onlookers came to the aid of a man and called for emergency teams following the incident which left shoppers stunned.

The man, thought to be in his thirties, was rushed to hospital by ambulance crews suffering from injuries.

A spokesman for the London Ambulance Service said: “We sent a number of resources to the scene including an incident officer.

“We treated a man reported to be in his thirties, he was taken as a priority to hospital.”
