The event will provide opportunities to make contacts and exchange ideas

Up to 100 local firms are set to exhibit at a special event hosted by Biggin Hill Airport this month.

Bank on Business Expo will enable small to medium business owners to get together informally to discuss new initiatives, make new contacts and obtain professional advice.

An exhibitors’ lounge will host speed networking sessions, while Bromley musicians David Gauld and his quartet are to play light jazz in the background.

Parking is free, and visitors pre-registering could win a private ‘Airport Experience’ tour or a weekend in a state-of-the-art motorhome.

Colin Hitchins, community engagement manager at Biggin Hill Airport, said: “Biggin Hill Airport is proud to support the Bank on Business Expo, after the success of 2015 which saw a large increase in visitor footfall, I am sure 2016 will be the biggest and most innovative business show in the region.

“It is important that we all work with local business to help create local employment. Locally owned businesses recycle a much larger share of their revenue back into the local economy, enriching the whole community.”

The event will take place on September 14.
