The sessions are running throughout August
Workers around Bromley town centre are being invited to free yoga sessions taking place every week throughout this month.
From Wednesday, Bromley Palace Park and Civic Centre Grounds will host an hour of tranquillity from 12.30pm until August 30, where participants can practice their bending, stretching and try out positions including the downward dog.
Frances Forrest manager of the town’s business improvement district, Your Bromley, said; “We want to help the workers of Bromley relax, unwind and enjoy the summer in the beautiful surroundings of Bromley Palace Park.
“We hope the sessions will be well received and look forward to taking part ourselves too.”
Should the British summer bring rain to the town, a contingency plan has been set up.
In the event of bad weather, participants are asked to meet at the Civic Centre’s reception area on Stockwell Road.
Matts are provided, to sign up, visit yogaforbromleyemployees.eventbrite.co.uk.
