A 19-year-old man has been charged for the murder of Khadar Hussein, in Penge.

Trai Williamson, of no fixed address, was arrested yesterday and remanded in custody to appear at Bromley Magistrates Court later today.

Khadar Hussein, 19, of Beckenham, was shot in the head on May 8 in Kenilworth Road.

He was taken to King’s College Hospital, in Denmark Hill, by the London Ambulance Service, and was pronounced dead at 7.55am on May 9.

A post-mortem examination held on May 11 gave cause of death as a gunshot wound to the head.
