Officers detain men near to Bromley shopping centre

Police were called to an allegation of shoplifting at the O2 store in The Intu shopping centre, Bromley, yesterday (February 4) afternoon.

A man was detained by security staff at the shopping centre and two other men were detained by police officers in Bromley High Street as they ran out of the shopping centre.

A Sony Xperia Z2 valued at £499 was recovered.

Three men, aged 28, 25 and 18, were arrested on suspicion of shoplifting and remain in custody at a south London police station.
