MORE than three quarters of teenagers surveyed in the area are already thinking about their future careers.

Bromley youngsters aged 16 to 18, polled by the Department for Children, Schools and Families, said they have given serious thought to the line of work they would like to pursue when they leave education, and over a third have a clear idea of the job they would like to have.

Ambition among teenagers is high with more than half of the 1,000 polled in England predicting that they will earn more than their parents.
