A 35-YEAR-OLD man accused of causing the death of a 16-year-old boy by dangerous driving will enter a plea to the offence next month.

Koaldeep Singh Lit, from Strood, appeared at Maidstone Crown Court on Friday for a preliminary hearing.

He is accused of causing the death of Josh Callaghan, who was killed when his car allegedly mounted the pavement in Overcliffe, Gravesend on January 24.

Mr Lit was bailed to appear at Maidstone Crown Court on November 27 to enter a plea.

Mr Callaghan, of Canon Road, Bromley, was a Year 11 pupil at Ravens Wood School, Bromley.
