Southeastern third last in customer satisfaction survey

Southeastern, which runs services through Bromley, has come third last in a train-users customers satisfaction survey.
The study, carried out by consumer magazine Which?, found only 43 per cent of people who use them are satisfied with the service they receive, just ahead of Greater Anglia and First Capital Connect.
They placed 17th out of 19 train companies overall.
A Southeastern spokeswoman said: “Since we commenced running the franchise, we’ve increased the number of train services, refurbished stations, provided more cycle facilities and enhanced CCTV and security.
“Our trains are also now more punctual than ever before.”
