LEGENDARY former England and Liverpool footballer, John Barnes, appeared at a five-a-side tournament to raise awareness of prostate cancer.
The Real Man Cup was held at Goals football centre, Beckenham on Saturday, March 1 to raise awareness of Prostate Cancer Awareness Week which ended on Sunday.
John said: "The Real Man Cup is a great way not only to show off your football skills, but to raise money for a very worthwhile cause.
"Prostate cancer affects 35,000 men a year and one man dies from it every hour. The money raised will help thousands of men with prostate cancer and their families."
The charity is hoping to raise £10,000 from the event to help fund a research programme and information services.
In addition to the Cup, the winning team won a trip to Prague to take part in the eurofootballfives.com Prague trophy.
