A NEW dental practice has been making people smile as it offers spaces to NHS patients. The Smile4u surgery, in Chislehurst, has spaces for 500 NHS patients as well as a list of private clients.

Attendances at dental

surgeries across Britain have fallen in the recession, as

treatment is expensive and it

is hard for many to find a dentist who welcomes NHS patients.

The owner of Smile4u, Dr Ben Mortazavi, a dentist for 17 years, said: "It is important for everyone to have the option of an NHS dentist, especially given the current economic climate.
