Brace yourself for hundreds festive fun runners next month as the Bromley Santa Dash returns to the town centre.

More than 600 Santas took on the 2km challenge last year, and the free event will this year take place on Saturday, December 1 from 2pm.

Those looking to dash through Bromley should register quick and places are allocated on a first come, first serve basis.

Roy Drinkwater, of Mytime Active Sports, said: “We are delighted to launch the second Santa Dash in Bromley. Last year’s event was enjoyed by many across the borough and we are expecting the 2013 Dash to be even better.

“It’s the perfect way for families and friends to get active together and enjoy some festive fun.”

The dash is the start of Bromley Council’s Christmas celebrations, which will also include a parade and the light switch-on - as well as a parade.

Registration for the Santa Dash closes on Sunday, November 17, visit mytimeactive.co.uk/santadash.
