The Bromley Times had the pleasure of visiting one of Bromley's best restaurants

Stepping into this Croydon Road curry house, you already know a special experience is in store.

Friendly staff greet you on your way in, and glancing at other diner’s plates, your stomach is already longing to try some of the restaurant’s delights.

Clearly a favourite among locals, many of the diners are on first name terms with some of the staff - exactly what you want from a local curry house.

Sampling an array of starters, which included salmon, chicken and lamb, the five of us sat around the table are already impressed with the quality, and quantity, of the food.

As we eat, the staff are checking enthusiastically to see if everything is meeting the high-standards this restaurant aims to keep - of course, the food has ticked every box.

And when the main arrives, there’s barely room on the table, let alone our stomachs, for the large order we’d made, including a number of the award-winning chef’s specialities.

But within minutes we’ve sampled everything the kitchen staff had worked so hard to create.

From sizzling lamb massala to huge prawns, lamb chops to chicken shashlik and scrumptious vegetable dishes, even the pickiest of eaters has a wealth of choice before them, with each dish as impressive as the last.

Eating at the iNaga is a pleasure, for its delicious food and also for the great company the staff offer, treating each table as both guests and friends.

Stepping out of the restaurant, all of us are left well and truly stuffed, but more than satisfied with the delicious meal we’ve just enjoyed.

What more could you expect from the home of three-time curry chef of the year?
