Pooches will be panting and padding their way around Norman Park next month in a sponsored dog walk.

Paws in the Park will raise money for Harris HospisCare on September 15 from noon, with dog experts on hand to give advice and RSPCA Bromley & District Branch volunteers providing free micro-chipping.

There will also be stalls offering dog treats and refreshments.

A classic car show will also take place a week before at Tripes Farm, in Chelsfield Lane, Orpington from 11am to 4pm.

Events fundraiser, Sarah Coughtrie, said: “In these tough times we have to be creative in our fundraising hence creating these new events.

“We are looking for car enthusiasts and dog lovers to get involved and help us raise lots more money to provide end of life care across Bromley.”

Entry for Paws in the Park costs £5 per person.
