Police hunt murderer of stabbing victim

A MURDER investigation has been launched after a 36-year-old man was stabbed to death.

A MURDER investigation has been launched after a 36-year-old man was stabbed to death.

The victim, who has yet to be formally identified, suffered a single wound to the torso at a property in Swallowtail Close, Orpington, in the early hours of Saturday morning.

Emergency services attended the scene and pronounced the man dead at 12.32am.

A post mortem was carried out at Princess Royal University Hospital, Farnborough, on Sunday. Police have not made any arrests so far and are keeping an open mind in regards to the motive.
