Police hunt £22,000 Rolex watch thief

A gold diamond encrusted Rolex watch worth £22,000 was stolen in a busy shopping centre after a man trying it on ran out of the jewellers.

A gold diamond encrusted Rolex watch worth £22,000 was stolen in a busy shopping centre after a man trying it on ran out of the jewellers.

The suspect went into Ernest Jones in the Glades Shopping Centre last Thursday (29) evening at approximately 7.08pm before running out of the shop wearing the watch. He is described as a black male, aged 18 to 20, medium build, short hair and wearing a black/grey striped beanie hat, a black padded jacket, black trousers and black trainers.
