Police appeal for information about flat thefts

Did you see anything suspicious in Anerley Road or Anerley Park on April 29?

Detectives from the Bromley Burglary Team are appealing for the public’s help after a series of linked burglaries in the borough.

In all, five offences were committed on Wednesday, April 29 between 2.10pm and and 9.30pm.

All the burglaries were committed in Anerley Road or Anerley Park.

The front doors of flats were forced open and property stolen.

Detective Sergeant Miles Fuller, of Bromley CID, said: “We are asking anyone who saw anything suspicious or has any information to contact police.

“We would also ask residents to be vigilant and call police immediately if they witness anything suspicious.”
