Almost 150 flats will be built at Ringers Road in Bromley Town Centre if a planning application submitted this week is successful.
Crest Nicholson Regeneration wants to redevelop the site into 148 apartments, with 40 being “affordable”, and a restaurant.
Crest managing director Debbie Aplin, said: “The application we have submitted will deliver much-needed homes, while also stimulating local economic growth in what will become a more attractive and better quality experience for residents and visitors to Bromley Town Centre.”
The developers also plan to build a 76-space car park. No date has been set for a planning hearing yet.
