A TAKE AWAY store will be giving away free pizza for an hour this Saturday, January 16, to celebrate winning an award for the second year in a row.

Papa John's in West Wickham will be giving away free food to celebrate that their company has been named Pizza Delivery Chain of the Year for the second time.

The offer will begin from 11am after the Bromley Mayor, Douglas Auld unveils a commemorative plaque at the store Glebe Way and will finish at midday.

The Pizza, Pasta and Italian Food Association has awarded Papa John's its prestigious 'Pizza Delivery Chain Award' in four out of the last six years, and the company was once again named the winner in 2009.

Papa John's West Wickham franchise owner, Darbara Singh Chatha, said: "We'll be giving out free pizza between 11am and noon so we want to invite local people to come and join the party!"
