VOLUNTEERS are needed by a charity which looks after elderly and terminally ill people and their pets.

An elderly person in Chislehurst needs help walking their little dog, Buttercup.

Anyone who could help should contact the Cinnamon Trust, a charity which seeks to keep owner and pet together for as long as possible with the help of volunteers.

Some helpers also offer foster care for pets in their own homes when the elderly or terminally ill face a short spell in hospital. The charity also provides permanent home from home sanctuary for companion animals who outlive their owners.
