Penge man suffers broken jaw in unprovoked attack

A man required surgery on a broken jaw after an unprovoked attack in Penge last week.

The 43-year-old had parked his moped in Garden Road, at the junction with Croydon Road, when he was approached by a man who punched him in the face. at around 1pm, on Thursday of last week

Police have described the suspect as a white male, in his late 30s or early 40s. He was with a female at the time of the attack.
