85-year-old is serving jail term

Paedophile Rolf Harris has reportedly written a song in jail in which he refers to his victims as “slimy little woodworm”.

Harris, 85, who used to live in Sydenham, was reported in the national press as having penned the lyrics in a letter to someone close to him.

The song includes the lines: “Perhaps you believe you’re pretty still, some perfumed sultry wench?” and “Make him burn, get your 50-year-old hooks into his dough. Make him burn, burn, burn. Come and join the feeding frenzy, girls.” Harris apparently said he would like to set the words to country music.

Harris was jailed last year for five years and nine months for 12 indecent assaults against four girls, one of whom was just seven or eight, between 1968 and 1986.
