Overturned lorry in West Wickham leaves two people in hospital

A 63-year-old woman has been injured after a lorry overturned in West Wickham this afternoon, crushing a car.
The incident occurred at around 3pm in Manor Park Road, close to the roundabout leading on to High Street.
Two ambulance crews attended the scene where the woman was complaining of neck pain and taken to King’s College Hospital, in Camberwell.
A man was also treated for an arm injury and taken to Princess Royal University Hospital, in Farnborough. It is believed no one was seriously hurt.
Reaction has been flooding in on Twitter, where witness Karen Lawler said: “Still in shock over the accident on West Wickham roundabout - hope the person in the corsa will be ok.”
Tweeter Marianne added: “Scary crash in West Wickham. Hope Corsa driver is ok.”
Traffic on the scene is at a standstill, with High Street blocked eastbound.
