Orpington pooch chosen to become face of Pets at Home campaign

An Orpington pooch has been chosen as the face of Pets at Home’s latest nationwide advertising campaign.
Blue, a miniature Schnauzer, will appear on posters in 350 stores to promote the company’s Change Their Food, Change Their Life campaign.
Owener, Lisa Cardigan, said: “It’s great that Blue has been picked to appear in the poster campaign. I am so proud of her.
“Blue was getting rather overweight but as she has problems with her liver it can be difficult to change her diet. However, the nutrition consultant was really helpful and informative and together we discussed how to manage Blue’s weight loss in a healthy way.”
Pets at Home’s latest campaign underlines the importance of a good diet for animals.
Stores are inviting pet owners into their local branch to have their animals weighed, and to discuss any health problems which may be affecting their diet.
Nutrition advisors will then consider whether a change of diet is necessary.
