An Orpington man is among five Millwall fans charged with violent disorder yesterday after fights broke out in the crowd during the FA Cup semi-final last month.

Danny Reed, 36, of Cotmandene Crescent, and three others will appear on bail at Hendon Magistrates’ Court on June 12.

The Met Police is continuing the investigation into the disorder among fans in the Millwall supporters area of the stadium on April 13. There have been more than 40 arrests to date.

Millwall went on to lose the match 2-0 to eventual cup winners Wigan Athletic.

Officers from Operation Arrowtip encourage anyone with information to contact the investigation team on 020 8246 0076.
