A hearing centre is calling on residents to donate their old hearing aids to children in developing nations.

Specsavers Hearing Centre in Orpington is launching an in-store collection on behalf of the charity Sound Seekers, which is dedicated to helping people who are deaf or hard of hearing in some of the world’s poorest communities.

Kiran Kaur, hearcare director at Specsavers’ hearing centre in Orpington, said: “Charities like the Sound Seekers are providing vital care to those who not as fortunate overseas, and we’re calling the residents of Orpington to help us support them.”
