Burglars made off with around £12,000 worth of jewellery and clothes following an Orpington break-in.

Detectives have released images of the distinctive items stolen during the burglary, which took place in Quilter Road on Sunday, January 12 between 5.30pm and 11pm.

Sgt Andy Craig, of the burglary squad, said: “These are very distinctive items of jewellery that will be immediately recognisable.

“If you have been offered these items to purchase, or if you were in the area at the time and saw anything suspicious, please contact the burglary squad.”
