Businesses looking for a new home in Bromley can now take advantage of a new list of vacant properties on the council's website.
Businesses looking for a new home in Bromley can now take advantage of a new list of vacant properties on the council’s website.
The free database has details of hundreds of premises for sale or rent, and you can search by area, type, size or type of tenure.
There are also contact details for estate agents so you can find out more information or arrange a viewing.
The council is encouraging estate agents and landlords with commercial properties available to add their premises to the database – again, for free.
Peter Morgan, Bromley council’s executive member for renewal, said: “This should make it a lot easier for both established companies and start-ups to find a home in the borough - and reduce the amount of vacant property.”
