A NURSE has been charged with possession of a class A drug after she was arrested in a pub.

A NURSE has been charged with possession of a class A drug after she was arrested in a pub.

Police were called to the Daylight Inn, in Station Square, Petts Wood, at 2pm last Saturday to reports of a woman suffering a seizure.

Elizabeth Stainton, 30, of John Street, Maidstone, was arrested on suspicion of a class A drug and taken to the Princess Royal University Hospital, Farnborough.

After she was discharged into police custody, Ms Stainton was charged and bailed, and will appear at Bromley Magistrates Court on April 6.
