Find out about issues affecting services and changes to routes
BUS passengers in London are being invited to join a new online forum where they can get free information about services.
The London Bus Users’ Online Community, set up by the capital’s independent passenger watchdog London TravelWatch, provides members with a newsletter every four to six weeks, as well as information on issues affecting services and changes to routes. Members also have the opportunity to provide feedback on issues which the watchdog can then raise with Transport for London.
John Stewart, chair of London TravelWatch’s policy committee, said: “Bus passengers are often the poor relations, with rail and tube users grabbing all the headlines. This new service helps redress the balance.”
