AIRPORT bosses are yet to submit a controversial plan to build a hotel in their grounds.

Architects for Biggin Hill Airport Ltd (BHAL) are still designing the hotel which they hope will be approved by Bromley council.

Previous applications by BHAL have been rejected by the council twice previously due to its size and 'unimaginative' design.

A spokesperson for the airport said they could not say when the plans would be ready to submit to the council.

A consultation on the new plans has been promised by the council.
