Developers sing praises of borough

Almost half the flats in the new Regent’s Place development in Bromley have been sold.

Susan Young, sales and marketing director at developers Crest Nicholson Regeneration, said: “Since well ahead of launch we had significant interest, so it is no surprise that so many of the flats were bought as soon as they came on the market.

“On the back of the area’s ongoing £100 million regeneration, Bromley is enjoying a significant resurgence in popularity with buyers, largely due to its relative affordability and the excellent commute into London.

“It’s also a very vibrant borough and is popular with young professionals.”

The development in Ringer’s Road has 124 one and two-bedroom flats.
