YOUNGSTERS reached a pinnacle of success when they climbed the height of Mount Everest in a shopping centre.

YOUNGSTERS reached a pinnacle of success when they climbed the height of Mount Everest in a shopping centre.

About 300 took part in the challenge that involved scaling an eight-metre high climbing wall until they has ascended a total of 8,848m, the same height as the tallest mountain in the world.

The event was run by Bromley Youth Service and took place in Glades Shopping Centre, Bromley last Wednesday.
