The garage has had its technology and furniture updated

Bromley’s mayor, Kathy Bance, reopened a Kwik Fit garage on Tuesday, June 6, after it was refurbished following investment.

The centre now has laser wheel alignment equipment, and will still provide services including tyres, exhausts, MOT testing, car servicing, air-conditioning and windscreen repair.

The mayor, Cllr Bance, said: “I was vert happy to open the smart new Kwik Fit centre in Bromley. It is always good news for the borough and its residents when busineeses invest heavily in our local town centres. I am sure that the centre with all the latest technology and equipment will be welcomed by motorists.

“It’s also commendable that there’s an apprenticeship scheme in place to give young people a helping hand by creating jobs and giving them valuable carer skills. I am sure young people will see the benefits.”

Kwik Fit Bromley manager, Muharren Hassan, said: “It’s given the staff a real boost that our hard work has been recognised, and that our centre has been given major investment.”
