A TIRELESS electrician enjoyed running a half-marathon so much he did another one just days later.

Father-of-one, Adam Dannatt, 26, from Orpington, is recovering from the Royal Park half-marathon, held on Sunday in Hyde Park.

The previous Sunday, he completed the Run to the Beat half- marathon in Greenwich in just one hour and 37 minutes.

Mr Dannatt, who ran for disability charity Action for Kids, said: "My partner gave birth to a little boy, Harrison, in April. He is such a healthy baby that I realise just how lucky I am. That's why I wanted to help parents who need additional support to look after their children."

With an original fundraising target of £370, Mr Dannatt increased that to £600 after deciding to take on the second challenge.
