Man arrested in Farnborough over murder of Russian woman

A man was arrested on suspicion of murder this morning in Farnborough by police investigating the death of a woman in Streatham.

He was found by police outside Frankie & Benny’s, in Farnborough Way, at around 2.30am and taken to a south London police station.

The man was wanted after Russian Anastasia Voykina was found dead in a maisonette at around 2am on Monday.

A post-mortem found the 23-year-old died of multiple fractures to the face, head and neck caused by blunt trauma.
