Man arrested after Swanley by-pass smash

He has been arrested on suspicion of drink driving

Police were called to a smash on the east bound carriageway of the Swanley by-pass, by McDonalds, at 9.57pm September 23.

The driver, the only person in the vehicle, was taken to a south London hospital. His injuries are not serious.

A 40-year-old man was subsequently arrested on suspicion of drink driving and dangerous driving.
