Local animal charity receives generous donation

Charity Second Chance Animal Sanctuary received a generous donation of pet-friendly disinfectant from the UK’s number one concentrated disinfectant brand, Zoflora, as part of their ‘Big Clean Up’ campaign.

The charity, in Crockenhill, is dedicated to rescuing ill-treated or abandoned animals.

Eager to support the charity, Zoflora donated their brand new pet specific product, Fresh Home Odour Remover and Disinfectant, to help create a clean and safe environment for all the animals.

Zoflora’s ‘Fresh Home’ product is specifically designed for use around animals, and combats 99.9 per cent of bacteria and viruses.

John Ranger, manager of the charity, said: “We were thrilled when Zoflora asked us to take part in their clean-up initiative, this support means we can provide more animals with the care they deserve.”

The ‘Big Clean Up’ campaign is part of a nationwide initiative from Zoflora, which reaches out to communities and worthwhile causes.
