Koi Carp copped in £20,000 Beckenham burglary

Up to 20 fish were stolen from a pond

Between 15 and 20 Koi Carp were stolen from a home in Beckenham last month, just days before Christmas.

Officers were called to the address backing onto Beckenham Cricket Club, at 10am on December 23 to reports of a burglary.

The fish are believed to be worth more than £20,000.

Officers from Bromley CID are investigating the report and is appealing for witnesses who were in the area around the time.
