Fire crews were called in the early hours of Friday morning

The ground floors of two terraced houses were damaged in a blaze which started in the early hours of Friday morning.

Fire crews were called to Salisbury Road in Bromley just before 2am.

A ten kilogram composite cylinder was involved in the blaze, before crews removed it and cooled it to an ambient temperature.

The blaze was brought under control by 3.22am and is now under investigation.
