Hunt for trio who robbed man at workplace

He was punched and his watch was taken

Police are looking for three men who attacked and robbed a young man at his workplace.

The 22-year-old’s watch was stolen after he was attacked from behind by a man who pushed him against a door.

He fought back, but was punched in the stomach by another man. Two of the attackers followed him when he tried to flee, and demanded that he give them his watch, but ran off when they realised it had already gone.

The attack happened in Maple Road, Penge, at about 3pm on Wednesday, February 11.

The first of the three men was black, around 5ft 9, slim and about 21 or 22 years old. He was wearing a light grey tracksuit top and bottoms with darker grey trainers; his hood was pulled up and he was wearing a dark baseball cap underneath.

The second man is black, of medium build and about 23 to 25 years old. He was wearing black tracksuit bottoms, a black puffer jacket, a dark baseball cap and black trainers.

The third man is black, of medium build and about 23 to 25 years old. He was wearing dark tracksuit bottoms, black trainers and a black coat zipped up to his face with a faded blue hood over his head.
