VISITORS to a hair salon can help raise cash for a hospital that looks after sick children.

Glades Shopping Centre hair salon, RUSH, have teamed up with Great Ormond Street Children's Hospital to take part in a charity night at The Loop Lounge in Croydon, this Saturday.

Shoppers can purchase tickets to the event, which will have soap opera star Graham Cole - who plays Tony Stamp in the soon to be axed TV series The Bill - presenting raffle prizes.

Prizes include two tickets to appear

on soccer AM, a luxury beauty hamper, a

photoshoot and GHD (Good Hair Day) straightners.

All proceeds will go to the children's hospital.

The salon chain has bucked the economic trend, opening its 50th store in West London's Earls Court Road.
