AN EQUESTRIAN centre is holding a children's day at the weekend, complete with a pet show, bouncy castle and bungee run.

Frogpool Manor, in Perry Street, Chislehurst, is holding the event this Saturday from 12 to 4pm.

Attractions are to include Chair-a-planes, face painting, tombola, lucky dip, plus a dog agility competition and dog and puppy-handling demonstrations.

Categories include dog with the waggiest tail, prettiest bitch, handsomest dog, best fancy dress - for both pet and handler or pet alone, dog the judge would most like to take home, and pet not to have won anything all day.

The event is held in conjunction with Pony Magazine, whose staff will hand out goody bags to the first 200 children to arrive.

The whole site will be open on the day including the livery, feed barn and shop. The fun day is open to everyone, not just club members.
