PUBLISHED: 11:43 10 April 2014 | UPDATED: 11:43 10 April 2014

There’s plenty of opportunities for fresh air and exercise during the Ramblers’ Get Walking Week.

The charity is organising a number of walks in Bromley from May 3 to 10, including a walk through Scadbury Park and St Paul’s Cray Common to admire the bluebells on May 4.

For information on the leisurely five mile walk, email enquiries@bromleyramblers.org.uk.

Walking for Health, England’s largest network of health walk schemes, is also organising a number of walks during the week including in Sundridge Park and High Elms Country Park.

Find your nearest routes at ramblers.org.uk/getwalkingweek and
