Bromley tennis courts will be packed full of youngsters on Saturday looking to appear alongside the likes of Roger Federer and Andy Murray at this year’s Barclays ATP World Tour Finals at The O2.

More than 200 kids have registered for the regional trial at The Bromley Tennis Centre, in Avebury Road, Orpington to become a Barclays Ball Kid for the event now in its fourth year.

The trialists will be put through their paces in a 90 minute session where they will be tested on agility, endurance, ball skills and speed.

There are 14 regional trials across the country, from which 100 teenage kids will be selected to attend a national selection trial in April where the final 30 will be chosen.

Registration for 2013 has closed, but those wishing to enter for next year can do so by visiting www.barclaysballkids.com.
