Four hurt - two critically - in serious crash

Car hit a tree in Bromley

Two young men are in a critical condition in hospital after a crash in Bromley yesterday evening.

Another passenger was also seriously hurt when the Vauxhall Corsa the three were travelling in hit a tree in Burnt Ash Lane, near the junction with Broadlands Road, at about 6.20pm.

Two men aged 19 and 20 remain in a critical condition in an east London hospital, and a 17-year-old girl remains in a serious but stable condition in a south London hospital. A 22-year-old man, thought to have been the driver of the car, was also taken to hospital but is not thought to have been seriously hurt.

The car involved was a black Vauxhall Corsa.

Police are appealing for anyone who saw the crash, or saw the car just before it crashed, to call 020 8285 1574. There have been no arrests.
