Missing maths teacher Jeremy Forrest and schoolgirl Megan Stammers have been found in France.

The pair were found safe and unharmed at around 12.15pm today (Friday).

The 30-year-old former staff member at Bishop Justus school, in Bromley, has been arrested on suspicion of child abduction and Megan, 15, has been taken into protection by French authorities.

Both sets of parents have been informed and police will now seek to organise their return to the UK.
