Former players will be attending a public launch of a gelato and coffee shop which opened in August

A gelato and coffee shop which opened in August will be holding a public launch next Monday.

The coffee shop, named Unico will feature co-founder, and former Chelsea striker Gianfranco Zola meeting the public, along with other footballing friends.

Other guests on the day will include footballing legends Andriy Shevcenko, Roberto DiMatteo, Gus Poyet and Carlo Cudicini.

The event next Monday is part of the public launch of Unico, an Italian gelato and coffee shop which opened on Bromley High Street in August.

Mr Zola said ““I am excited to bring the flavours that I love to Bromley,” says Gianfranco Zola. “Unico was born from the friendship of myself, Leonardo Ragazzi, Elena Manfroni and her family and our desire to bring the Italian tradition of gelato making to the UK.”

The public launch takes place on November 9 from 12.30pm.
