Ebbsfleet United’s indifferent form continued with a disappointing defeat at home to Wealdstone on Saturday.

Danny Haynes equalised for the hosts, who fell behind after just two minutes, before conceding again just before the interval.

Fleet rallied and were level again through Matt Godden, but Wealdstone went ahead a third time late on to claim victory, meaning Daryl McMahon’s side’s lead at the top was cut to six points.

Elsewhere in the National League South, Dartford claimed their second win on the bounce with a 2-0 win over Hayes & Yeading.

In the National League, Bromley returned to winning ways, as a late Moses Emmanuel strike secured a 1-0 victory at Lincoln City to move up to fourth in the table.

Welling United, however, suffered a 2-0 defeat at Guiseley.
