Four fire engines and 21 firefighters and officers were called to a fire at a flat in Tylney Road earlier today.

Part of a flat on the third floor was damaged by fire and one man was taken to hospital by London Ambulance Service crews.

A woman was treated at the scene for shock.

The Brigade was called at 1.20pm, and the fire was under control in two hours.

Fire crews from Bromley, Beckenham and Sidcup fire stations attended the scene.
